Gina Alexandres believes that therapy helps others to be the most genuine versions of themselves with the understanding that it may take time to make sustainable lifestyle changes for the future.

Gina brings trauma-informed and multicultural focuses to her practice while using different treatment modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, strength based, solutions focused, and mindfulness. Other areas of expertise include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, caregivers, PTSD, grief (including pet loss), life transitions, balancing life stressors, and is an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. Accepting new clients ages 14 and up.

Gina considers herself to be a person who is patient, compassionate, and
kind while providing her clients with the necessary tools they need within
a healing space. Gina meets her clients where they are and build upon that as the starting foundation. She has the ability to view situations from different perspectives and therefore encourages her clients to experience unconditional acceptance and self-love as they learn to understand
themselves on a deeper level.

Gina is in the process of completing her Masters in Social Work at DePaul University.
